Prittworld’s Tujenge Makao product is a housing investment scheme for Saccos or Chamas wishing to do a housing construction project or buying already completed housing for the members.
The Sacco or Chama should be registered and the membership should be verifiable so as to ensure a transparent transaction.
2) How the transaction is modeled
The members can agree to have a uniform type of units or each member can decide his/her own design depending with the income levels.
The design is then approved and the project commences once the approvals have been obtained.
